We want you to love your Bambara experience — but because our products are handcrafted, natural, and made for personal use, we have a few simple guidelines:

💡 All Sales Are Final Once Opened

Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges once a product has been opened or used.

📦 Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives:

  • Damaged
  • Incomplete
  • Or contains the wrong product

Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at

Make sure to include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item and packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

We’ll review your case and do our best to resolve it quickly — whether it’s a replacement, credit, or refund.

Time Frame

Issues must be reported within 2 days of delivery. After that, we can’t guarantee resolution.

📍 Returns Without Approval

Please do not send items back without contacting us first — returned packages without approval will not be accepted or refunded.
