1. What does “100% natural” really mean?

It means every ingredient we use comes from nature—like plant oils, butters, herbs, and essential oils. No synthetic fragrances, no artificial colors, and no chemical preservatives.

2. Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?

Yes. Our formulas are made with gentle, skin-friendly ingredients. However, as with any new product, we recommend patch-testing on a small area first.

3. When should I use the body butter?

The best time is after a shower, when your skin is clean and slightly damp. It helps seal in moisture and leaves your skin soft all day.

4. What’s the difference between regular Castile soap and Bambara’s?

Many commercial Castile soaps can be drying or contain hidden additives. Ours is made with organic oils and aloe vera to gently cleanse without stripping the skin.

5. Can I use Castile soap on my face?

You can use it for body and hands. For your face, we suggest testing first, as some essential oils (like peppermint or lavender) may be too strong for very sensitive skin.

6. What’s the shelf life of your products?

Our products are best used within 9–12 months after opening. Since they’re preservative-free, store them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

7. Do you deliver inside and outside Kuwait?

We currently offer delivery within Kuwait. GCC shipping is coming soon!

8. What’s your return or exchange policy?

Because our products are natural and personal-use, we don’t accept returns once opened. If your order arrives damaged or something’s wrong, contact us within 48 hours and we’ll make it right.
